Can’t get to ACE? Ask your question here!
The Academic Center for Excellence now offers students the opportunity to Instant Message (IM) with an Academic Skills Specialist. From your home, from your dorm, from the computer lab where you are working, you can get ideas and immediate feedback on how to approach your academic work. Type a question in the Meebo widget on the right (look for the box where it reads, “Type here and hit enter…”) and you’ll be chatting directly with ACE staff member. Alternately, IM with ACE through MSN Messenger and GoogleTalk. [See below for the necessary email addresses and important privacy policies. Please note that these email accounts are not monitored for emails.]
Hours: This service is generally available M-F from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.
If the Academic Skills Specialist is temporarily away or offline, please contact ACE by by phone (312-413-0031), or in person. OR you can type a message in the Meebo box along with your email address and ACE will get back to you within the next school day.
